Turkish intelligence breaks ripped jeans signal code

Foreign agents are using ripped jeans as a mode of communication, intelligence sources told Turkish Islamist newspaper Akit.

“Western agents and their ‘local’ collaborators, who have not been able to comfortably act within Turkish society after … (the 2016 failed coup attempt on) July 15, have been communicating using jeans from the same series ripped in particular places,” the paper said.

This did not escape the watchful eyes of Turkish intelligence, however, who claim to have broken the code.

“The traitors who think they are ‘surveilling’ are actually being surveilled,” the paper concluded.
