Planes to fly Iranians home from Turkey
The Turkish civil aviation authority has granted permission for some Iranian passengers in Turkey to fly back to Iran, reported the news website Diken on Wednesday.
No Turkish passengers will be permitted on these flights.
The Turkish Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) had earlier on Wednesday suspended all flights to and from Iran, which is scrambling to contain a coronavirus outbreak in which at least 19 people have been confirmed dead.
Meanwhile, Diken also reported on Wednesday that two Iranian Airlines flights from Tehran to Istanbul were forced to turn around mid-air and return to Tehran Airport.
