Four members of Turkish family found dead in Netherlands home

Dutch police found on Saturday four members of a Turkish family dead in a home in the southern municipality of Etten-Leur, BBC Turkish reported.

Firefighters and police were dispatched to a home in the neighbourhood of Dassenburcht following reports of a foul smell, it said.

The bodies of a grandmother, daughter-in-law and two grandchildren were discovered, all of who are believed to be residents of the home, BBC said.

Dutch officials have launched a criminal investigation into the deaths.
