Yeşilada: Turks selling liras are the biggest problem, not foreigners

An operation by Turkey to control the lira in the offshore swaps market annoyed foreign investors and its locals exchanging liras for dollars that's hitting the currency hardest, according to Atilla Yeşilada, an analyst on Turkey.

Yeşilada, co-founder of GlobalSource Partners, an Istanbul-based research and consultancy firm. spoke in a podcast with economist Güldem Atabay and Ahval columnist Mark Bentley.
